We ship to Canada and the USA exclusively with Canada Post and USPS.

Shipping time estimates are calculated from the date that Canada Post receives your parcel, not the date that you place your order. See Canada Post's website for shipping time estimates to Canada and the United States. 

We typically ship orders once per week. Getting your parcel into the mail may be impacted by weather, federal holidays, postal strikes, etc.

Standard - 4 to 8 Business Days

  • 0.5kg - 1.5kg $19.90 CAD
  • 1.5kg - 30kg $29.90 CAD

Express - 2 to 3 Business Days
