Fingering Yarn: Corriedale

Corriedale Fingering is a lofty, breed-specific 2-ply fingering yarn created from our Corriedale wool grown on Disdero Ranch. We've added 25% nylon to give it a little extra strength, but because of its soft-spun characteristic, sock making is not recommended with this yarn. Corriedale Fingering works well to create shawls and lightweight knitted, crocheted, and woven garments. It is soft enough to be worn against the skin by some.

Each hank is approximately 112g/4oz and 365m/400yds

Gauge:  27 – 32 stitches over 10 cm (4”) 

Needles:  2.25 – 3.25 mm // 1 – 3 US
